PROPYLENE GLYCOL DIOLEATE (PGDD)

Propylene Glycol Dioleate (PGDD) is water insoluble compound which appears as oily viscous yellow to amber colored liquid and finds application as emulsifier for chemicals used in leather processing and in lubricants. It is also utilized in cosmetics industries for preparation of skin conditioning agents. This compound has molecular formula C39H72O4 with molar mass of 605.001 g/mol and shows ability to accept 4 hydrogen bonds during a chemical reaction with rotatable bond count of 35.  Propylene Glycol Dioleate (PGDD) also serves as viscosity increasing agent in various cosmetic preparations with complete reliability.
